Dear Sir I thought I would put finger to keyboard and acknowledge the sheer professionalism
of your staff on Saturday 28/02/2009. We arrived at 7:10pm for a meal booked for
7:30 - to say the venue was jam packed was an understatement and clearly things were
going to be delayed. We sat down approx 7:40 and were truly delighted as to both
the selection on the menu and the promptness at which our meals were presented. It
is reassuring to yourselves and your other customers that you can rise to such a
busy evening and deliver such a fantastic experience from the waitresses, bar staff
and I presume the manager who kept everything moving so well under difficult conditions
(glasses and not much hair!) My only disappointment was that with your generous portions
there is no way I could manage 3 courses! Excellent service we will definitely be
back soon!
